Not the First Poppy

... I've seen, or photographed this year, but this one, on the Lula walk, made it to Blip. 

In extra, one of my accomplishments today was painting the step and surrounds that Mike created a few days ago, outside the North Wing. The cat isn't dead.

Gratefuls:
- beautiful day weatherwise, waking to mist, clearing to warm sunshine
- getting a short walk in; loads of huge fish (carp, I think) spawning in all the shallow waters, exciting to watch them thrashing about and jumping clear out of the water
- Mike, mainly, starting to do a huge tidy up in the middle room
