Lock 56 (widwed130324)
Followers of my journal will know I enjoy some social/historical/infrastructure based blippery so this set of lock gates won't come as a surprise :-)
As you might expect - looks much better seen in large.
As the theme for Wide Wednesday is transport, this shot includes the Stratford upon Avon Canal - this lock leads into the Avon, and in the background, the end of old tramway is next to the large pitched roof wooden building (Cox's Yard)
Thanks to Bobs Blips for hosting.
An EB of a Magnolia flower uploaded for yesterday too.
