Usual Wednesday chores : shopping , posting parcels, collecting my prescription then granny taxi all in the rain.
So an indoor shot.
Decided to only do one dance class tonight so won’t be going to tap to see if helps the plantar fasciitis. I’ve got a doctor’s appointment next week to see if l can be referred for physio and if that doesn’t help get a purposely made orthotic.
