Feedback

A busy, busy day.

We had an audit this morning for the Considerate Constructors Scheme, it went really well. I gave some feedback to my young padawan from the auditor, that her work is streets ahead of everyone else. Dead proud of her.

Another positive meeting with HR and training later. It's a rarity! Lol!

Weather has been dreadful, the rain has returned.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  External recognition on the work of my young padawan
