chitting seed-potatoes

It's that time of year again, when we're getting ready to plant quite a bit of stuff at our Saughton Allotment plot, throughout the forthcoming few weeks ...

... thus, as you can see, we now have two trays of seed-potatoes currently chitting away on top of our kitchen cupboards :-)

We've stuck with Charlotte and King Edward  varieties for this year!
