Went to the memorial service for our very elderly late neighbour at lunchtime today. It was just right I think - lots of people and lots of celebration. And tasty cakes afterwards!

It was also a nice excuse to chat to some other neighbours in attendance, and to think about the positive marks that we can leave on those around us.

This is a picture from at least 30 years ago I think. She was apparently planning her 100th birthday party when she passed away.
