Trust & Safety Summit - Again

I was speaking just before lunch today.  There's been so much good content over the last couple of days that I was rewriting parts of my presentation last night and this morning so as not to duplicate ground others had already covered!  Hopefully I still managed to deliver something useful.  I had lots of people approach me with questions afterwards which is usually a good sign.

Caught up with lots of great people today, and by 5pm I was utterly worn out and glad to head for my train.  It's packed and overheated, but running at over 100mph towards home, so I'll call it a win.
