Exceptional customer service

The day started very well when I got a call from S at Hillgoers to say she was in Glasgow and would I like her to deliver a Filter Bottle, the original having gone astray in the post. S and the bottle appeared outside my door 15 minutes later. I was also able to have a conversation about the Lairig Ghru which was very reassuring, apparently there is a reasonable track across the boulder fields avoiding most of the tricky stuff.

This galvanised me into completing most of the OPG admin, and a fair chunk of the jigsaw.
