Lemon, Coconut and Pistachio Loaf

Sally's cafe posted this as a special today. Sadly myself and Mrs G were both working.
Luckily my sister in law saw us comment on the Facebook post and picked us up some. It was amazing! 

In other news I am still feeling quite chesty, and it's raining l. So no running for me again tonight. Sad times. But in more news, tomorrow is pizza Friday at work. Good times.
