Le Lac

We left Saint Girons today and left it to it's anticipation of Le Tour de France which will start from the town next Saturday.

We set off for the Ardeche but diverted to Foix to pick up some fuel and liked the look of the town so much we decided to stay. So we had lunch, checked out campsites in the area and decided on Camping Du Lac, a short distance from the town. We'll have a look at the Chateau tomorrow and that's likely to be my blip but for today this is the lac by our campsite.

The weather was a little overcast this morning but cleared and gave us some great sunshine at lunch time. You can see in the blip that there's some light cloud now but it's looking good.
