This morning I had a doctor’s appointment for my Shingles vaccination and when I got there the nurse said I was going to be getting a letter imminently offering me a Pneumococcal vaccine unless I wanted it today. I am now the proud owner of two very sore arms! 
On the way home I called into the Community Gardens where the heather is looking stunning now. 
I also noticed that I have a large clump of frogspawn in the pond in our garden now.
