Under the bridge

We went down to North Kessock today to have lunch at The White Cottage,roast Pork and apple,very nice.We were lucky to have a window seat and spotted this boat coming out of the canal.Took a few photos as it past by and caught up with it as it went under the Kessock Bridge.Decided on a mono shot as there was nt much colour showing up on a dull day.
The bridge is now open although a few finishing touches are needed.Nice and smooth on the finished side.
The only colour came from the lovely wild flowers along the front and a pretty cottage covered in roses.It was rather blowy when I took a photo of the poppies,cornflowers etc and it was hard to focus.Highland Life has a great blip of them.Thank you to lady who scatters the seeds.I do nt know if she's aware of how much pleasure she brings.
