Christmas in March

A few days before Christmas W was due to attend a Christmas bread making workshop.  Unfortunately, it had to be cancelled as a storm knocked out all the electrics at the venue so it was rearranged for today, renamed 'Holiday Bread' but still making the same loaves.

This is what she made; clockwise from top left we have Blue Cheese and Paprika Bread Sticks, a Date Cob with toasted walnuts, a Challah Wreath and Seedy Stars.  She really enjoyed the day, and I am going to really enjoy eating what she made.  I've already tried one of the bread sticks which was still warm and can confirm it was very tasty.  The cheese is waiting......
