Showing off the Shed

Today at the Shed we had a visit from our local member of parliament, Rishi Sunak who just so happens to be our Prime Minister. It was good to see his support and he was told about the ethos of The Men's Shed organisation but I sensed it wasn't the first shed he had visited. He was however surprised at the size of our premises and range of activities on offer.

Once he had been given his mug of tea (builder's strength, milk no sugar) I was asked to explain the many crafts I have introduced to our shed. He then went on a full tour of the other rooms chatting to other members who were working away on projects (see extra). 

We can now let the Shed get messy again... ;o)
