Had choir practise in the church where our summer concert will be. Was very different singing in the rehearsal venue. The acoustics were very helpful to our faltering efforts but singing with an organ is very different. It went rather poorly over all. It seems that early Choral music was penned by composers who thought choirs did nothing but sing all day long.
Emergency rehearsals being organised and if we don't improve - expect an agonising blip on 13th July (that is when concert is happening)
