One can,toucan

I'm not sure if this guy was out to play tricks on peoples minds. When I first saw him he was standing outside the window of a charity shop with a sign hanging around his neck, which read "One can,one can".
The next time I saw him, was during this shot, when he had two toucans around his neck.
