Aberdeen Parkrun #74

Under 30 minutes. I am amazed. I've not run for 10 days and yesterday I ate so much pizza I felt sick! The conditions were excellent today and Flicky kept shouting "Go! Go! Go!" So that helped too.

Our afternoon was spent visiting Flicks grandparents so I could give my mum her belated mother's Day gifts, and Flicky could play with the dogs. 

For dinner Mrs G made Fish Pie. It was ace. We then watched Two episodes of Death In Paradise. 
Overall a pretty good Saturday.
