Parkrun mudfest

Uckfield Parkrun is quite unusual in that it is almost unbelievably muddy. 
Today, although not as wet as I've experienced, it was tougher than ever. The mud seemed to have extraordinarily deep and sticky qualities.
Only 3 miles, but it almost killed me.
As ever, it was great fun, and today, glorious spring weather.

The rugby was not quite so glorious. First, the little man's keenly awaited match for Sunday was called off by the opponents, huge disappointment. Then of course, the Six Nations games (albeit great matches) failed to lift the mood.
