Hog roast

We were invited to a hog roast to celebrate the completion of the Forest Holidays site near here.

The food was fantastic. Apart from pork with all the trimmings there were vegetarian options followed by cranachan or Scottish cheese and wine to wash it all down.

We also got a tour of one of the new cabins. What a change from the ones we stayed in as a family 25 years ago. Flat screen TV, log burner, hot tub on the deck and a bathroom more luxurious and bigger than some flats I've been in!
