Natural Hazard

Up early to hit the golf course and the Seniors Competition today but to be honest I should have stayed in bed. Hadn't played for a month and boy, did it show! Some eejit then hit me with his first shot of the day - that hurts! - and got a few choice obscenities in return. Still, it was a nice morning for a walk and a chat and it was good to see that there are another couple of young deer in the mini-herd that lives on the course. This is one of the hinds making a break from cover when she saw me coming!

Was up at the allotment for a look-see just now and apart from the grass being jungle-like it seems to be in not bad shape. Picked a few strawberries, radishes and rocket so that should make an interesting salad for S.
