Horse Riding

We have wanted to go horse riding for ages but never got around to it. Well, this morning we went for our first lesson. It was brilliant fun! We went from never having sat on a horse at the start to being able to walk, stop, turn and even try a riding trot. All in an hour!

These are our horses - the top one was mine, called Kia and the bottom horse was Jen's, called Thatcher. They were so well behaved, perfect for our first lesson.

Everyone at the centre was really friendly and completely put us at ease. We both can't wait to get on a horse again.

The rest of the day was pretty awesome too - lunch from Whole Foods, a wee nap, a few rounds of Just Dance on the Wii followed by a few games of Uno. Ending with a delicious dinner of cauliflower crust pizza and a movie.
