Indian

Seen recently at the VMCC Shepton Mallet Auto Jumble was this 1917 Indian motorcycle . It has a V twin engine of 1,000cc which wasn't complete. I asked the seller what it was worth and he replied a five figure sum. I think it would have have been a very expensive restoration. 
My extra is of a Norton/BSA cafe racer . It has the famous Norton featherbed frame, and the engine is the 500cc BSA Goldstar , what a beauty.
