Des Res?

This half completed property has looked like this for the past 20 years at least. However, a new padlock was recently added to the gate across the entrance. It is in a beautiful location in Bonchurch, with a sea view. I would love to know the story behind it. It seems such a shame that it hasn’t been lived in.
