Highs and lows

Today at work we had a lovely workshop day with Anthony Fidler. Lots of practices to calm the body and mind.
I was giving Anthony a lift to the station late afternoon when my car started to make a terrible screeching noise . I stopped in the place where I took this picture to wait for Green Flag road side assistance.
I arranged for someone else to give Anthony a lift to town . Phew he still got his train ok.
I waited for nearly 2 hours for help. It was pretty cold …. The problem was so simple a small stone had got stuck in the left wheel, and was making the awful sound . So simple if you know ! It was such a relief to get back on the road home .
