Great turn out this morning, even though we had some of the team at the Bath half Marathon and Great Welsh Marathon

The Rugby.......What to say........Nice we got the Wooden spoon, always useful, Wales deserved it. I'm not buying into its a young team rhetoric and Gatland's empty offer to resign, come on ffs, basic errors in tackling and passing will never win you the game, George North will be missed

On a positive note they fixed the pie machine in the stadium so the pies were hot again and the beer was cold

I refuse to ban Pizza and Pasta :-)
