Peace monument

This monument is the Peace Flame.
It was founded before the liberation of Valkenburg "75 years ago".
Now there is a sign with the text "Silence, watch over peace, refugees and freedom"
You are asked if you would like to reflect on our freedom and lay flowers to commemorate it.
The text is certainly very topical now. Maybe a lot more than in 2020.
