Line through the middle

It was a lazy day. We cleaned a bit of the tree away, but C is still coughing & feeling tired so we did not do a lot. I washed a few bundles of washing which was good.

Can any of my Dutch friends give my a recipe for poffertjes? Or can any of my English friends tell me where I can get Koopmans Poffertje mix in England. I can get it on the net but have to pay a fortune in postage. Maybe we have to wait till we go to Belgium next year. I'm sure the fuel cost to drive to a shop in Holland will be less than what they want to charge us for postage.

Had eggs & toast for breakfast, biscuits & leftover chicken for a late lunch and toast and marmite for dinner. Very healthy.
