New Neighborhood

Out, not by moped for the blowing, but by car. We first checked a new location of the car service place I have used for years. Then we drove to see a new neighborhood to us with an apartment we maybe could consider. We just can't receive any apartment before our contract for the current apartment has been terminated. This way we have a possibility to come back into the same apartment after renovation. The terms of the contract will change so much that every resident's contract will be renewed if they come back.

The tower is Yle Transmission Tower, for TV and radio broadcasting. Yle is the Finnish Broadcasting Company. It's a 146-metre (479 ft) high and was built in 1983. At a height of 112 metres (367 ft) it has rooms with technical equipment. In 2021 Yleisradio decided to preserve the iconic link tower because it is a significant landmark of the company and the city, although it had began to be needless with it's old broadcasting technology. A new kind of use open to all has been considered.
