Snow in June

This is snow that I kept in my freezer until yesterday. It is coloured as I poured fabric dye over it. I am using it for a technique to dye fabric ~ snow dying.
I was booked to teach a class today since last year so when it snowed in January I hoarded it in the freezer. I have to say the students were a little puzzled to where the snow would come from ! This technique produces spectacular effects on the fabric as the dye is released as the snow or ice which is usually used melts. Much fun !
