Born of Frustration

So plumbers came back at L's insistence and found another leak, which they have hopefully plugged.
Waiting for insurance company to come on Wednesday, and hopefully drying out can start soon after. Sorry, probably mentioned all this before. Probably need somewhere to live over next month. Not sure where.
