Magnolia.

I know it hasn't bloomed yet, but this is the north and it is in an unsheltered position.  However, it has never failed to produce gorgeous pink blooms.  Watch this space.  I always like to take a photo when they are in bud and to highlight details it has on the bud and stem.
A dull day at home, but no rain, so hopefully there will be some sun.  Nevertheless, I won't hold my breadth.
