If you go down in the woods today…

I saw my physio again this morning and she worked her magic on my back. It hurts like hell when she’s doing it but seems to helping so I grin and bear it. I popped to see mum and dad for a quick coffee and catch up. Kirsty came over this afternoon for my monthly nail and brow appointment, it’s always good to have a chat with her. Her husband and son are joining D and the boys at Le Mans this year for the first time and she’s slightly nervous about it. Hopefully Alfie put her mind at rest.
