New Week

Monday. The first day of a new week. The day when the hoovering and mopping get done and plans are made for the week ahead. Appointments are booked and we mentally prepare ourselves for another week packed with life. Having a toddler running around means that the housework ends up being done when one of the adults takes him for a walk. He loves helping, and even though it means that things take longer to do, it's still fun to let him help out. He's spent hours playing by himself today. Building things with his Duplo and driving his cars into the garages he has made (with help).

My parents have been writing the newsletter they send to the people who have taken an interest in their travels and work over the last thirty-three years. Thankfully Little Man spent a good amount of time playing quietly and singing to himself whilst this was going on.
