Tiny Leafhopper

My mother used to suffer with urticaria, commonly called nettle rash. I am therefore familiar with the Urtica, the scientific name for nettles. I found this very tiny leafhopper on a stinging nettle this afternoon. I think it is Eupteryx urticae. The pattern on its head looks a bit like the radiation symbol to me.
