I’m not sure why this happens inside some tree trunks , but it’s rather beautiful .
Neither of us were firing on all cylinders today, a very quiet day at home . A grey uninspiring bank holiday that felt like rather a waste .
Did some initial holiday cottage investigation for later in the year , made a marvellous seed and nut loaf ( instead of bread) , it had 6 eggs in it ! Then a grand long evening video chat with my wee brothers - we have no idea where to go with challenging aging parent issues… so we had a laugh about our badly behaved dogs instead . Mine is definitely the worst !
