First in at the "gym" this morning.

The first 10 minutes is reserved for complaining about aches and pains, before 30 minutes of slow-motion aerobics.  Then the machine room upstairs, for another 30 minutes.  

Many of the machines have been donated by proper gyms when they've been up-graded, so like us, they've seen better days.
