A lunch time walk - I nearly didn't do it as I am short on time today!  So, I walked fast - 3.2 miles per hour according to Strava.  Well, not that fast but average.  It is a bit of a climb mind you...  Slightly red in the face!

I'm having one of those days where everything is "bitty" so I'm not getting a good run on anything.  So I really shouldn't be taking time out to post on here mid afternoon!   :)))
