A neighbourly gesture-NOT.

Every now and then one comes across a scene like this. Here we have a man sweeping up the magnolia petals just up to his boundary. Firstly there are many more to fall in the coming days ??? His neighbours are an elderly lady and son who is caring for her. (I know them and greet them often)
I certainly would never dream of not helping my neighbour in such circumstances. Grant- maybe they are not on good terms but it still just does not seem right . Rant over.
