Leeming Looping!

A slightly odd feeling this evening because it's so unusual to be out on two wheels without a ridiculous wind! Lovely it was too. :-)

I remember a quote from Anne Frank which said "the best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely, or unhappy, is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens and nature. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be".

I may not be lonely, unhappy or afraid, but it's true that nature, and fresh air, is a great source of solace. A wonderful place to escape in!
