Normal service is resumed

An early start for Mr PHL as he had a much delayed dental check up. He actually thought he’d been dropped by the practise when they got in touch in the autumn to ask if he still wanted to attend the surgery. Luckily apart from a minor filling his teeth are in reasonable condition.

I refreshed the colour on my hair before heading to the supermarket and Phin took Mr PHL to the park.

After lunch I did a couple more edging rows on my waistcoat before a walk with Phin. Tried a beef teriyaki stir fry in the air fryer for dinner. It worked well.
