Herbs

I love herbs, they are so underrated. They are such show offs and pack a real punch of flavour. Parsley, in particular, loves this time of year when it's wet and not very warm.

We all have colds at varying stages just now. I'm on the mend while others are on day 1. In Korea, you would visit the hospital, be seen within 20 minutes, pay £3 and get a shot of something. You would be right as rain by the next day. Imagine this being the first time Yuri has had to suffer a cold. I suggested a duvet day with re-runs of Friends. Imagine, she has never seen Friends!
