Early Morning Sun

I was out the door early (7.45 a.m.) to watch the sun rise at Bremner Bay.  The mountains are this colour for a few minutes, then the colour drains away like this (extra).

 I spent about half an hour there, enjoying the different aspects of the sunrise and the reflections in the lake.

Home for breakfast, then off to church.  It is great to sing the old hyms with the organ, then a nice cuppa and sandwich afterwards.  Always goo to catch up with various friends.  I did a top up shop on the way home.

I got my chimney swept yesterday, so will be able to light the fire when it gets a bit colder.  Today is +22C, so quite warm.
