Spring has Sprung
Today I cooked a meal for our friends. Was probably the best meal I have ever cooked: Beef Wellington with fois gras as part of the layer between the beef and the pastry, followed by bread-and-butter pudding. Everything turned out perfect. Feeling rather pleased with myself.
