Love those Hats

The entrance of Liverpool Hospital has been transformed since I first arrived 5 years ago. This is in large part due to the new extension, but also due to the intelligent way the old and the new hospitals have been merged. Liverpool Hospital is 200 years old this year. Well, Im the lucky one on call, and doing a ward round on the Oncology/Palliative Care ward. This is a great photo, demonstrating how nurses uniforms have changed dramatically over half a century (or maybe less). I'm going to take this photo in to work tomorrow and show it to my nurse colleagues and INSIST they wear a proper uniform as displayed in my blip!
