First Fire

Today after reading a whole book cover to cover, I decided to light a fire. Rio seemed intrigued from a distance, so I unclipped her from her tie out and brought her over. She was leery at first and sat on my lap all poofed up and then got down and began to explore the hot moving thing. Soon, I had to hold her back from getting too close to the fire. Multiple campers stopped in their tracks at the sight of a kitten on a leash and being so curious about the fire.
