Back of the dam….

with the hill behind where there is a Pictish fort, Dùn dà lamh. There were Skylarks, Lapwings, Oystercatchers and Curlew all calling and nesting and Whooper Swans and Goosanders on the water, which was very low. Very good to hear the Spring waders. Very calm and quite warm.
