Prehab and laughter!

My PT has come up with a brilliant strategy to get me to achieve a 90° squat.

The weight lifting plates are stacked to about 80° which is what I can do now.

Each time we do 3 sets of 12 squats, my PT will remove a plate until we get to 90° flexion.

We laughed so much!
