The only one

Fortunately it came out okay.
The weather returned to normal service, damp and 6-8C, though the rain stopped after lunch.
The morning was a bit of various things then I picked up a friend and we went to the garden centre, where I found this lupin (but didn't buy), had a wander round, bought a couple of things and ate a large cream scone.
By the time I was home it was almost time to get changed for the evening run, which we finished before it was properly dark.
