Trellick Tower

Trellick Tower is a 31 storey, 91 meter tall, Brutalist building in West London designed by architect Ernő Goldfinger constructed in the early 1970's. Goldfinger it is claimed was the inspiration for James Bond's nemesis with the same name, although the character may been based on an American mining magnate Charles Engelhard Jr. an acquaintance of Ian Fleming's.

While initially it had a reputation for crime, vanadalism and drug dealing and was dubbed 'Terror Tower', it is now a Grade II* listed building with desirable apartments.
