Three miles walked today. 

No side effects, just tired. 

Happy with that

Spent some time walking around Ludlow and noticed several timber framed buildings have these heads carved into the frontages. 

I am open to suggestions as to their meaning. I presume they are linked to the original family when the house was built hundreds of years ago. 

Or maybe it was to ward off religious callers and insurance salesmen. 

Happy walk with Hollie dog this afternoon. It was going dark when we got home, so I feel we have made the most of the day.
